User Audience
The main users of Workday Genie are recruiters. However, the benefits of Genie can also be enjoyed by candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders in the recruitment process.
The scope of Workday Genie includes a variety of features for recruiters, such as automated screening, chatbots, and talent insights. The constraints on the project included the need to be scalable and reliable, as well as the need to meet the specific needs of Workday's clients.
Problems Identified in the design
Before Workday GenAI, recruiters faced a number of challenges, such as:

Scenerios
With a basic understanding of the specific tasks the user wished to accomplish, it was time to initiate the design process.To start, I generated low-fidelity wireframes for the five primary pages using Figma. This enabled me to map out the visual layout and structure of the app.
